Our Sparks & Ellis Team is looking for a dynamic and extremely capable professional candidate who could provide assistance and support to the Sales Agent by responding to customer inquiries, processing orders, and maintaining sales-related databases. They play a crucial role in ensuring smooth sales operations and customer satisfaction.
Duties and Responsibilities
Processing sales. Ensuring Client Satisfaction. Maintain order databases and weekly filing. Update prospect lists. Handle Customer Queries Providing troubleshooting assistance for customer orders, account statuses and relevant problems. Providing data and guides to help the Sales Agent. Developing and monitoring performance indicators Managing sales tracking tools Identify and Source potential clients. Liaising with buyers and suppliers and customers.Requirements:
Customer focus High professional Integrity Numerical Skills A minimum of 3 years previous Sales experience a must String numerical skills and finance related qualification would be advantageous. Good verbal & written communication skills Strong administrative skills Excellent working knowledge of MS Office, specifically ExcelJob Related Behavioural Competencies.
Analytical thinking and problem solving Eagerness to learn. Time Management and ability to meet deadlines and overcome challenges. Ability to clearly and concisely articulate problems and explain exactly how to reproduce them. Being proactive and taking initiative in your role.
