Job Description

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Financial Administrator, Financial Assistant, or similar role will be an advantage.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage) and MS Office, especially Excel.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in financial data entry and reporting.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Duties: 

  • Schedule and confirm client appointments.
  • Prepare and send client communications, such as emails, newsletters, and follow-up correspondence.
  • Handle client inquiries and direct them to the appropriate financial advisor as needed.
  • Maintain and update client records and contact information.
  • Prepare and process new account applications and other financial documents.
  • Organize and maintain client files, ensuring all documents are accurately filed and easily accessible.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements by maintaining proper documentation and record-keeping.
  • Assist with the creation and distribution of marketing materials and campaigns.
