About the Role
- The Senior Territory Account Manager role is a great opportunity to demonstrate your Key Accounts/Relationship Management and Sales skills by being the main point of contact for our highest-value merchant partners. This role focuses on post-sales of Small-to-Medium Sized Businesses, upselling marketing products to grow revenue, maintaining operational quality & maximizing business retention.
- Account Managers are critical to retaining our highest-value accounts, ensuring new partners are successful on our platform and consulting partners that have the potential to grow.
- This role calls for a combination of an operational mindset, analysis of performance and exceptional relationship management. You should thrive in an "all hands on deck" environment, love solving problems, and above all be passionate about our merchant partners.
