Experience: 

Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in a corporate environment in an HR Officer function  Personnel/Payroll administration HR Reporting Recruitment & Selection SAP Knowledge advantageous

Qualifications:

Completed qualification in HR, IR, or Industrial Psychology required

Additional Requirements:

Driver’s License and own vehicle Knowledge of payroll systems, e.g. SAP Computer literacy (MS Office) and Outlook Knowledge of HR Practices Interviewing skills Knowledge of labor legislation (i.e. Basic Conditions of Employment, Labor relations, Skills Development, South African Qualifications Authority) Role involves travel within the region
