Key Responsibilities

Analyses pricing performance along margin impact, potential incremental volume, consumer facing going price and competition pricing level Implements global pricing strategy for his/her geographical scope Acts as a business partner to drive continuous pricing and profitability performance improvement Challenges and monitors trade investment performance within Commercial Policy and strategic fit Creates analytics and uses these analytics for driving commercial decisions Enables market promotion investments in compliance with global and market guidance Ensures full implementation of Commercial Policy and in compliance with local regulations Builds pricing capabilities through trainings, mentoring and coaching to ensure capability level

Experience / Qualification

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience:

Bachelors degree in relevant fields, preferably Master degree level in Business Administration, Economics or Finance Minimum 5 years experience in Finance Having Chartered Accountant certificate is a big plus Prior and/or current experience in FMCG and/or consumer electronics is a plus Knowledge in value extraction, channel strategy, digital sales & pricing and promotion effectiveness Understands finance and financial principles Advanced in Excel usage Experienced working with SAP Fluent in English Data driven and very analytical Evidence of successful stakeholder management
