Key Responsibilities:

Continually chase and update purchase orders with the latest ETA information so this is relayed back to our customers. Cancel and amend purchase orders where necessary and taking ownership of queries through to completion. Liaise with Sales Team to communicate any issues arising with their orders. Provide cover for other members of the department as necessary and perform other tasks if requested from time to time by the Purchasing Manager To be continuously aware of Company Health and Safety Policies, including environmental, and always adhere to them.

Knowledge and experience:

Excellent administration skills; Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; Demonstrated ability to work well under pressure; Highly motivated with ability to work under own initiative, making decisions to benefit CDW; Demonstrated attention to detail, time management and organizational skills; Excellent problem-solving skills
