RPO Recruitment is looking for a detail-oriented and highly skilled Professional Construction Manager to join our client's team. As a Professional Construction Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing construction projects from start to finish to ensure that they are completed efficiently, within budget, and to the client's satisfaction.

Working closely with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders, you will coordinate all aspects of the construction process, including budgeting, scheduling, resource allocation, quality control, and safety compliance. Your knowledge and expertise in construction management will be crucial in delivering successful projects and meeting client expectations.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in construction management
  • Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering construction projects
  • In-depth knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations
  • Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong leadership qualities and the ability to motivate a team
  • Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Bachelor's degree in construction management or a related field
  • Professional certifications in construction management are a plus
