Job Title: TikTok Ad Manager

Job Overview: As a TikTok Ad Manager, your primary responsibility will be to plan, create, optimize, and manage advertising campaigns on the TikTok platform. You will collaborate with marketing teams, creative professionals, and data analysts to develop effective advertising strategies that align with the companys objectives. Your goal will be to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions through compelling TikTok ad campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategy Development.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to develop effective advertising strategies for TikTok.
    Identify target audience segments and define campaign objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs).
    Conduct competitive research to stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging TikTok ad formats.
    Campaign Planning and Execution:
  • Create comprehensive campaign plans, including ad creative concepts, targeting strategies, and budget allocation.
    Collaborate with the creative team to produce engaging ad content, including videos, images, and captions.
    Set up, launch, and monitor advertising campaigns on the TikTok Ads Manager platform.
    Continuously optimize campaigns based on performance data and insights, adjusting targeting, bidding, and creative elements as necessary.
    Performance Analysis and Reporting:
  • Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance using relevant metrics and KPIs.
    Identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement to enhance campaign effectiveness.
    Provide regular reports to stakeholders, highlighting key findings, performance updates, and recommendations for optimization.
    Audience Research and Targeting:
  • Conduct in-depth audience research to identify key demographics, interests, and behaviors on TikTok.
    Utilize TikToks targeting options to reach the most relevant audience for each campaign.
    Experiment with different targeting strategies to optimize campaign reach and engagement.
    Stay Updated on TikTok Advertising Features:
  • Stay abreast of new advertising features, updates, and policies on the TikTok platform.
    Explore and experiment with emerging ad formats and features to maximize campaign performance.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in marketing, advertising, business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in digital advertising, preferably with expertise in social media advertising.
  • Strong understanding of the TikTok platform, its advertising ecosystem, and best practices.
  • Proficiency in using TikTok Ads Manager and other relevant advertising tools.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Creative thinking and the ability to conceptualize engaging ad content.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
