Salary -R12 000 – R15 000CTC

 

MAIN DUTIES/ RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

  • Pro Forma Invoices
  • Invoicing of orders
  • Assist in releasing orders once payment is received
  • Following up on back orders and notifying the customer and Manager
  • Reception duties when required
  • Assist with stock take
  • Assist with Debtors/ Creditors function. (Daily allocations, statements, collections, age analysis, weekly projections, customer queries, account recons, credit requests, cash payments, system maintenance)
  • Perform other related duties as assigned

 

PERSON SPECIFICATION

  • Std 10/Grade 12
  • Tertiary qualification (Diploma/Degree) advantageous.
  • Minimum 3 years experience.
  • PC literate in MS Outlook, Excel and Sage Evolution.
  • Team player.
  • Ability to deal with clients, colleagues and management at all levels.
  • Thorough, meticulous and accurate.
