RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field.
5+ years of experience in IT support, with a focus on ERP systems.
Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
Experience with ITIL or other support frameworks.

Requirements
Matric and diploma / Degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field. EXPERIENCE (PRACTICAL ON-THEJOB EXPERIENCE) • 3-5 years’ experience administering an ERP system. • Experience with ERP Systems advantageous • Experience in, report writers, SQL, workflow, and UML modelling advantageous. • Must have experience managing projects, setting up, deployment of information systems. • Experience in Microsoft 365 products and Business reporting Tools/Solutions will be advantageous KEY COMPETENCIES Knowledge (what must I know): • Computer Literate • Excel • ERP systems Skills and Abilities (what must I be able to do / display) • Have a good understanding of business processes and the documentation thereof. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
