The company will allow you to either build your own client base or invest in your current client base. Though new client acquisition will be an integral part of this role, the client will provide clients with service from the start.

The ideal candidate will be a financial/commercially qualified graduate, a junior financial planner, or an experienced financial planner who is seeking to join a customer focussed expanding business. The ideal candidate will also be someone who wants to build a career in the wealth management environment, who is customer focussed, service-orientated, and sales are driven.

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce or Law, or any other related field OR Wealth Management NQF5
  • RE5 passed (if not – must have proven track record of sales experience)
  • 1 - 3 years of industry experience (actively practicing as a financial advisor “in the field”)
  • 25+ years of age
  • Valid Driver’s License
  • Own Reliable Transport

 

Qualifying documents to submit

  • CV / Resume
  • 6 to 12-month commission statements
    • Can send the pre-Covid statement as well, if available (this is to expire with entry to 1 March 2024)
  • Indicate an average production track record of
    • Average of 30, 000 production points per month over a 12-month period
    • 4 to 8 products sold a month
    • Above 80% Retention ratio

 

Remuneration

  • R 15, 00 Basic Salary
    • TARGET: The greater of
      • 8 sales per month OR
      • 40, 000 production points
    • 65% Commission payable every 3 months
      • On commission amount greater than R 120, 00
    • R 24, 000.00 Training support over 2-3 months (R 8, 000.00 per month x 3 months)
    • R 16, 00 interest-free Technology loan (for Laptop/tablet/phone), repayable over 24 months
