RPO Recruitment is currently hiring for the position of Senior Manager: IBMS & SHEQ to join our client's team. As the Senior Manager: IBMS & SHEQ, you will have the opportunity to work with our clients to manage and oversee the Integrated Building Management Systems (IBMS) and Safety, Health, Environment, and Quality (SHEQ) programs.

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of IBMS and SHEQ programs across multiple sites. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop, monitor, and maintain policies, procedures, and standards to ensure compliance with applicable regulations and industry best practices. Additionally, you will lead the development and delivery of training programs to enhance awareness and understanding of IBMS and SHEQ requirements.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement Integrated Building Management Systems (IBMS) and Safety, Health, Environment, and Quality (SHEQ) programs
  • Ensure compliance with applicable regulations, standards, and company policies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop, monitor, and maintain IBMS and SHEQ policies, procedures, and standards
  • Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify areas of improvement and recommend corrective actions
  • Lead incident investigations and implement corrective measures to prevent recurrence
  • Develop and deliver training programs to enhance awareness and understanding of IBMS and SHEQ requirements
  • Monitor and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
  • Prepare reports and presentations on IBMS and SHEQ performance for management and stakeholders

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Health and Safety, or related field
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in Integrated Building Management Systems (IBMS) and Safety, Health, Environment, and Quality (SHEQ) management
  • Strong knowledge of applicable regulations, standards, and best practices
  • Experience in leading and managing cross-functional teams
  • Proven ability to develop and implement IBMS and SHEQ programs
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with stakeholders
  • Proficient in relevant software and tools related to IBMS and SHEQ management
