Are you an experienced CNC Bender Operator looking for a new opportunity? RPO Recruitment is currently partnering with a leading Trailer Manufacturing company located in Kempton Park and is seeking a skilled CNC Bender Operator to join their team.

As a CNC Bender Operator, you will play a vital role in the production process by operating and programming CNC bending machines to shape and form metal parts for trailer manufacturing.

We are looking for a friendly and dedicated individual with a passion for precision and quality.

Responsibilities
  • Set up and operate CNC bending machines to bend metal parts according to specifications
  • Read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints
  • Program CNC machines using G-code
  • Monitor machine operations and adjust settings as needed
  • Perform quality inspections to ensure parts meet required specifications
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
  • Collaborate with team members to optimize production efficiency

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a CNC Bender Operator
  • Knowledge of working with CNC bending machines
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints
  • Proficiency in programming CNC machines using G-code
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high-quality standards
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Good communication and teamwork abilities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
  • Experience in trailer manufacturing is a plus
