Medical Receptionist

Supreme Aesthetics, a medical practice focusing on aesthetics and medical weight loss solutions, is looking for a well-presented woman for reception administration, emphasizing qualities like self-motivation, trustworthiness, and teamwork. The ideal candidate should maintain clean habits, lead a healthy lifestyle, possess excellent communication skills, and have experience in administration, client interaction, and basic financial tasks. Additional knowledge in aesthetics and sales techniques is beneficial but not required.

Responsibilities:
- Assist the doctor with services and treatments.
- Process customer payments, manage appointments, and warmly welcome customers upon arrival.
- Effectively manage the front desk and reception area.
- Conduct inbody analysis and update client records with contact details and treatments received.
- Cross-sell beauty products and additional treatments when appropriate.
- Ensure all areas are clean, and equipment is sterilized before use.
Requirements
- Proven work experience as a Medical Receptionist or similar role.
- Experience in Sage advantageous.
- Excellent customer service abilities and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to make clients feel comfortable and well cared for.
- Well-presented and professional.
- Basic computer literacy for booking appointments and processing payments.
- Sales-driven and a team player.
- Willing to learn new skills.
- Knowledge of aesthetics would be advantageous, though not mandatory.
Immediate Availability
The successful candidate needs to be dynamic, a self-starter, a self-motivator, very organized and detail-orientated, and have specific experience in the medical healthcare space.
