Overview: We are looking for a motivated Jnr Franchise Trainee to join our team. This role involves building and maintaining strong client relationships, driving new business growth, and supporting operational excellence in our retail partnerships. The ideal candidate is proactive, enjoys engaging with clients, and is eager to develop their sales and customer service skills.

Requirements

•Matric with a Diploma or degree in Retail, Sales, or a related field.

•Prior experience in retail or sales is advantageous.

•Strong computer skills; familiarity with Garb- internal systems is beneficial (training will be provided).

•Valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle 

•A passion for brand growth, customer service, and franchise management.

•Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

•Basic understanding of operations and customer service principles.

•Willingness to travel within the assigned area to support store operations

Responsibilities:

•Client Relationship Management:

oDevelop strong, ongoing relationships with clients.

oConduct regular site visits to assess needs, resolve issues, and deliver exceptional service.

oAct as a reliable point of contact for client queries and training needs.

•Sales and Business Development:

oIdentify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned territory.

oConduct product presentations and promotions to grow sales volumes.

oNegotiate and manage contracts, ensuring all business agreements align with company standards.

•Operational Support:

oProvide on-site support to ensure product quality and brand standards.

oImplement strategies for improving operational efficiency at franchise locations.

oMonitor store compliance, including stock levels, maintenance, and adherence to brand standards.

•Financial Growth and Reporting:

oSupport revenue targets through effective sales and customer engagement strategies.

oRegularly report on sales activities and business development initiatives.

oManage administrative tasks, including scheduling, filing, and report submission.
