We are looking for a qualified Electrician in an Installation Technician role in the Cape Town (Paarden Eiland) area.

Requirements:
  • Grade 12 or NQF 4 equivalent
  • Qualified Electrician (Electrical Certificate)
  • Refrigeration would be an advantage
  • 3-5 years’ experience in a similar role
  • Technical aptitude and knowledge of catering equipment would be an advantage
  • Ability to read plans
  • Good people skills
  • Must be willing to travel and have a valid drivers license
Responsibilities:
  • Build relationships with existing and new clients;
  • Liaise with the relevant Sales Consultant and other stakeholders;
  • Complete installations in accordance with the drawings, schedule and request forms;
  • Apply changes to drawings made by clients and where necessary effect modifications on site;
  • Manage preparations for export installations ;
  • Address all installations-related problem timeously and effectively;
  • Complete the commissioning and handovers related to export installations timeously as per the agreed standards
