As an Accounts Payable/Invoicing Controller, you will be responsible for processing and managing accounts payable transactions and ensuring accurate and timely payments to vendors. You will also handle the invoicing process, ensuring all invoices are generated and processed correctly.

Requirements

    • Minimum 3 years experience in a Clearing and Forwarding Agency
    • Invoicing A to Z
    • Shipshape System proficiency (NB Applications will not be considered if you aren't proficient in using this system)
    • Creditor reconciliation for weekly/monthly payments
    • Admin/Archiving
    • Portnet experience
    • Accrual experience and related query resolution
    • Worked in a very fast-paced office environment
    • Comfortable working under pressure
    • Team player and self-starter
    • Strong attention to detail
    • Emphasis on client service
    • Flexibility to assist and learn on Operations desk
    • Potential for integration into existing channels with skills-sharing benefits
