SAP Business Analyst - FI/CO/PA

Purpose of the role:

The SAP Business Analyst is responsible for the development, implementation, and support of the SAP FI/CO/PA modules. The role is accountable for key SAP areas and must ensure that the SAP system is in alignment with business goals and objectives. It includes the implementation, maintenance, optimisation, and support of the SAP FI/CO/PA modules and is responsible for enhancing the functionality and results of the SAP system to meet the evolving needs of the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage SAP FI/CO/PA modules, covering support, maintenance, implementation, and optimization.
  • Ensure SAP functionality meets business requirements; drive innovation as needed.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand needs and maintain communication on project status.
  • Develop system design documents, specifications, and test plans; train users on new functionality.
  • Analyze and improve business processes; integrate SAP solutions with other IT systems.
  • Support system configuration, testing, and troubleshooting of SAP technical issues.
  • Participate in project delivery and compliance activities, including audits and reviews.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree in appropriate field of study
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP FI
  • SAP CO/PA experience desirable
  • Strong technical knowledge of multiple SAP modules
  • Extensive implementation and configuration experience
  • Project management experience
  • SAP certification required
  • S4 Experience desirable
