Look no further Our client is  looking for a Senior MIS Business Intelligence Analyst. You will play a pivitol role in driving data-driven decision making processes within the organization. You will be responsible for organizing complex datasets, developing insightful reports, and providing strategic reccomendations to enhance operational efficiency and drive business growth.

What you will do:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and translate them into data analysis and reporting solutions;
  • Represent MIS in strategic organizational meetings, with the ability to effectively communicate any analytical findings;
  • Design and develop comprehensive dashboards, reports, and visualizations using business intelligence tools such as Qlik and SQL;
  • Perform advanced data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that support strategic decision-making and process optimization;
  • Develop and maintain data models, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and integrity;
  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve data collection processes, data quality, and data governance practices;
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior analysts, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development within the team;
  • Stay updated on industry best practices, emerging technologies, and trends in MIS and business intelligence

What you need to have:

• 7+ years in business intelligence, data analysis, or related roles;
• Proficiency in Qlikview, Qliksense or any related business intelligence tool experience for data analysis;
• Mathematical/ Statistical / Computer Science degree or diploma.
