As a Senior Business Intelligence Manager, you will lead our business intelligence efforts, managing a dynamic team while leveraging your expertise in various data tools. You will be responsible for designing and implementing robust BI solutions, overseeing the creation and management of data pipelines, and ensuring the team delivers valuable insights to drive data-driven decision-making across the organization.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of business intelligence analysts.
- Develop and implement business intelligence strategies and solutions in collaboration with the team.
- Design and maintain complex Power BI reports and dashboards to meet organizational reporting needs.
- Oversee end-to-end BI projects, from requirements gathering to implementation and maintenance.
- Manage the creation and maintenance of data pipelines, ensuring efficient and accurate data flow.
- Use SQL to extract and manage data warehouses for reporting needs.
- Oversee the integration of data from various sources into a cohesive and accessible data warehouse.
- Work with data engineers to implement and maintain data warehouses and pipelines. Proficiency in using DBT beneficial.
- Ensure the security, accuracy, and reliability of BI solutions.- SQL query optimisation- Master data management.
- Manage external vendors related to data projects and engineering.
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies in business intelligence and data visualization.
- Effectively interact across different business functions and manage stakeholders from various teams.
- Foster collaboration and communication between the business intelligence team and other departments.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, informatics or other similar
- Proven 5 years experience as a Business Intelligence Manager or similar role.
- Strong proficiency in Power BI or another reporting visualization tool.
- Extensive experience working with SQL for data manipulation and analysis.
- In-depth knowledge of the Microsoft Azure stack, including Azure Data Factory and Azure SQL Database.
- Experience managing and leading a BI or data analytics team.
- Experience in creating and managing data pipelines.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and leadership abilities.

- Ability to interpret and communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong project management skills.
- Familiarity with data governance and compliance standards.
- Continuous learning mindset to stay abreast of evolving BI technologies.
- Strong interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with different business functions.
