Reporting to the Head of Performance Marketing, the Acquisition Marketing Specialist will be responsible for managing, optimizing, and scaling digital campaigns across various channels to drive global customer acquisition through targeted digital initiatives.

Your key job responsibilities as the Acquisition Marketing Specialist in Cape Town will include:

  • Managing and optimizing daily campaigns on platforms such as Google Search, Meta, DV360, and Programmatic.
  • Measuring and enhancing digital campaign performance to ensure maximum return on investment.
  • Developing and managing marketing budgets and campaigns.
  • Providing competitive analysis and market insights.
  • Overseeing digital campaign administration and reconciliation processes.
  • Executing Pay Per Click (Google Search, Search 360), Display Marketing, Push/Messenger Marketing, Social Media Marketing, Paid App Store (ASA/CPI), and Emerging Platforms (Influencer Marketing) strategies.
  • Creating, managing, and refining campaign assets, including landing pages, websites, ad copy, banners, videos, and social media content.
  • Continuously optimizing campaigns to achieve maximum efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Contributing to content creation and translation efforts.
  • Identifying and evaluating new paid networks, platforms, and marketing mediums.
  • Scaling successful strategies and integrating key learnings into future campaigns.
  • Supporting onboarding processes and integrations.
  • Managing communication with suppliers and vendors.


Requirements

Requirements for this Acquisition Marketing Specialist job in Cape Town:

  • A degree in Marketing, a business-related field, or relevant experience.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in Performance Marketing.
  • Experience in high-competition industries such as iGaming.
  • Proficiency with various digital marketing channels, including PPC, Email, Social Media, and Programmatic Advertising.
  • The ability to strategize, implement, and optimize campaigns across multiple platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data, generate reports, and provide actionable insights.
  • Experience in Mobile and App marketing.
  • A solid understanding of marketing technologies, including ad servers, DMPs, DSPs, and bid management tools.
  • Proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, SEMrush, and other relevant analytics platforms.
