SMD Technologies is a distribution partner of TP Link and Tapo enterprise solutions, known for delivering top-tier wireless network solutions. As we continue to grow and expand our product offerings, we are in search of a highly motivated B2B Wireless Network Sales Executive to join our sales team. This role is crucial for driving our B2B and government sales initiatives, ensuring the growth and success of our partnerships with TP Link’s Omada smart cloud solutions for business networking, Aginet Wi-Fi management solutions and Vigi intelligent surveillance systems.
Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Client Acquisition: Identify, engage, and secure targeted business clients, optimizing sales pipelines and sourcing new leads.
  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct comprehensive market research to understand the competitive landscape and the effectiveness of our sales strategies.
  • Sales Goals Achievement: Meet and surpass forecasted sales targets through diligent planning and execution of sales strategies.
  • Pipeline Management: Efficiently manage the sales pipeline, ensuring a steady flow of leads and conversions.
  • Product Demonstrations: Showcase the advantages and features of TP Link and Tapo products to potential clients through effective demonstrations.
  • Customer Service Excellence: Respond to customer inquiries promptly, ensuring all their requirements are met with professionalism and care.
  • Sales Reporting: Provide accurate sales forecasts, reports, and market intelligence to support strategic decision-making.
  • Brand Representation: Represent SMD Technologies at industry exhibitions and meetings, promoting our TP Link and Tapo solutions.
  • Onboarding and Communication: Manage the onboarding process for new clients and maintain open lines of communication for ongoing support.
  • Team Collaboration: Contribute positively to the team, sharing insights, and working together to achieve sales targets.

Key Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience, with a proven track record in the industry.
  • Experience with Networking products
  • Tertiary Qualification in business, marketing, or a related field advantageous
  • Outstanding communication and presentation abilities.
  • Deep understanding of sales management principles and B2B sales pipeline management.
  • Proficiency in analytical, productivity, and reporting tools, with advanced skills in Excel.
  • Ownership of a reliable vehicle and a valid driver's license, with the willingness to travel as needed.
  • Flexible, ambitious, and capable of effectively managing multiple priorities.
