Hire Resolve is currently seeking a skilled and experienced SAQCC 1475 Technician to join our client's team. As an SAQCC 1475 Technician, you will be responsible for performing inspections, maintenance, and repairs on fire protection systems. This includes fire detection and suppression systems, as well as their associated components and equipment.

Responsibilities
  • Perform inspections, maintenance, and repairs on fire protection systems
  • Conduct testing and troubleshooting to identify and resolve issues
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
  • Keep accurate records of work performed and maintain documentation
  • Collaborate with team members and clients to address any fire protection system-related concerns
  • Stay updated on the latest technologies and advancements in the field
  • Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment

Requirements

  • SAQCC 1475 Technician certification is required
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in performing inspections and maintenance on fire protection systems
  • Knowledge of fire detection and suppression systems, as well as their associated components and equipment
  • Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams and manuals
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with team members and clients
  • Valid driver's license and own reliable transport
