Contracts Manager

As Contracts Manager at Kuba, you will be responsible for managing and negotiating all of the company's contracts. You will work proactively with the various internal teams to ensure that all contractual commitments are respected and that our clients benefit from the highest quality services.
Responsibilities:
The Contracts Manager plays a key role in the creation and execution of contracts that promote the strategic interests of the company. You will be responsible for analyzing contractual conditions, identifying potential risks and implementing strategies to mitigate them.
Main missions: Negotiate, draft and finalize contracts ensuring they comply with company policies. Conduct regular reviews of existing contracts and recommend changes if necessary. Collaborate with internal teams to provide advice on the contractual and legal implications of projects. Identify and manage risks associated with contracts by developing mitigation strategies. Establish and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders and suppliers. Train and raise awareness among internal teams on contractual issues and best practices. Monitor contract performance to ensure compliance and timeliness.
Requirements
- Proven experience in contract management, preferably in the technology or services sector.
- Excellent understanding of contract negotiation practices and principles.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and oral.
- Sound business acumen
- Ability to work independently while being a proactive team member.
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Qualifications in law, project management or a related field.
- Knowledge of Government Contracts - Example being the FIDIC Gold Book
- Preparing tenders and commercial bids to assist in bringing in new business
- Contract drafting and review - Service Agreements, Vendor Contracts, NDA's, Procurement Agreements
- Compliance and risk management
- Develop and maintain relationships with key vendors, suppliers and customers
- Contract administration
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise from contractual agreements
