Role Summary: As a Scrum Master, you will guide and coach agile teams on the agile framework methodology and ceremonies. Your role will involve managing and optimizing a continuous flow of work across the team, facilitating team ceremonies, and empowering teams to self-organize. You will also identify and remove impediments, prevent distractions, and help the team continuously improve.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and coach an agile team on agile values & practices.

  • Collaborate with other Agile Practitioners to enhance agile maturity across all teams.

  • Foster a growth mindset within the practice by contributing to learning materials and personal/team development.




Requirements

Mid Scrum Master:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 4-7 years of experience working in software development teams.
  • Relevant Agile and Scrum Master Certifications.

Senior Scrum Master:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 8-10 years of experience working in software development teams.
  • Relevant Agile and Scrum Master Certifications.

Preferred Skills:

  • Coaching and mentoring abilities.
  • Strong talent for driving change.
  • Organizational development expertise.
  • Skilled in negotiation and conflict resolution.
  • Process and continuous improvement experience.
  • Effective facilitation skills.
