Ensure that all tasks allocated are completed effectively and timeously Recording of daily maintenance activity. Responding quickly to any emergencies. Working within a preventive maintenance program that will minimize service repairs in the long run. Effective Completion of routine preventative maintenance, unplanned remedial, scheduled and unscheduled maintenance requirements To conduct installation and procedural audits in the offices and the unit. Timely ordering and maintenance of inventory of all site supplies, tools, and equipment necessary for the maintenance of the facilities. Keep good general appearance of the grounds and buildings. Prepares and submits various daily, weekly, monthly and ad hoc reports Cooperate with internal and external auditors. Should a project be too large and extensive, external contractors need to be sourced. Minimum of 3 quotes must be received. Create a contractor database. Manage the full process of start and completion of contractors on site. Ensure that the job is complete as per job card requirements. Ensure that the final invoices match the approved quote Make recommendations for continual improvement and support improvement initiatives the company undertakes. Anyother reasonable task that may be required by management
