Job Description

This is a remote position.

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Multimedia Designer to join our team on a permanent basis. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience, focusing on digital content creation, including 2D animation and video editing. While 3D skills are a significant plus, proficiency in designing static artwork and 2D animated content is essential. Your portfolio and CV should demonstrate your expertise and creativity in these areas.

You will collaborate closely with our Insights & Media team to produce visually engaging and innovative digital content. The role involves managing projects from initial brief to final delivery, presenting your work internally, incorporating feedback, and coordinating with production teams for implementation.

YOUR DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Create compelling digital content, including animations, videos, and static artwork.

• Ensure the accurate implementation of the client's visual identity across all digital applications.

• Work with the design team to analyse and prioritise project requirements and assist in scoping and planning timelines.

• Present work to internal stakeholders, incorporate feedback, and iterate efficiently.

• Understand target audiences and create clear and effective digital marketing content.

• Prepare files to meet output specifications and coordinate with Media teams for handover.


WHAT YOU'LL NEED:

• Strong design and conceptual skills.

• Proficiency in 2D animation and video editing.

• 3D design skills are a significant plus.

• Ability to create static artwork and digital content.

• Understanding of digital marketing best practices and designing for various digital formats.

• Ownership of projects from concept to delivery.

• Excellent attention to detail and initiative.

• Strong client liaison skills with a proven track record of developing strong client relationships.

• Comfort and confidence working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

• Aptitude to learn new software and programs efficiently.

• Proactive, collaborative, and a team player.

• Interest in and a working understanding of text-to-image generative AI platforms like Stable Diffusion and MidJourney, and a willingness to learn and grow in this space is a plus, but not a requirement.
