As a Senior Product Owner, you’ll take complete ownership and responsibility of the success of multiple Betway products. Working closely with the Product Manager, you will set the product vision, strategy and roadmap in order to stay ahead of the game and create exceptional customer experiences.

What you’ll be doing

As part of your role, your responsibilities will include:

Work with the product manager to measure success by monitoring and continuously improving Product KPIs.Work towards the product strategy and vision, and create buy-in both internally and with key external partnersCreate and maintain the high-level prioritised product roadmap based on data/analytics, customer feedback, competition and stakeholder inputUse customer research and data to create proof-of-concept innovations to the product lifecycleCollaborate with external third-party partners, business stakeholders and product teams to ensure delivery timelines for dependenciesGain a deep understanding of customer experience in order to identify and fill gaps, and generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growthAssess market competition by comparing the company's products to competitors' productsScope and prioritise activities based on business goals, objectives and customer impactDrive and present product launches working with stakeholdersAct as a product evangelist to build awareness and understandingWork with technical architects to plan the implementation of the roadmapSeek learning from the product community and share findings with the businessCoordinate and facilitate technical feasibility of solutionsKeep stakeholders and the wider business informed of progress of the product, vision and goals of the productLeads and influences the rest of development team to drive towards product goals

Essential skills you’ll bring to the table

The necessary skills that we require for this role include:

Proven work experience as a Senior Product Owner (Minimum 1 year in role)Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful B2C product throughout its lifecycleDemonstrable experience in a/b testingCapability to make iterative progress towards a product visionStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsSkilled at working effectively with cross functional teamsStrong interpersonal and communications skills (both oral and written)

Desirable skills you’ve got up your sleeve

It would be great if you also have some of the following skills:

Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software developmentExperience in working with remote teamsPrevious experience in customer retention
