Key Accountabilities and Outputs
Management
- Conduct research to identify opportunities in the current, new markets and determine customer needs.
- Arrange business meetings with prospective clients.
- Promote the company’s products & services to prospective clients.
- Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support.
- Build longstanding successful relationships with new and existing clients.
- Develop, execute, and oversee a business strategy that prioritizes growth and positive customer ratings.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address clients’ needs
- Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events.
- Working towards Key Performance Indicator (KPI) targets
- Manage all social media platforms
- Strong knowledge of business and sales growth techniques; Medical recruitment industry knowledge is a plus
- Experience in customer service, marketing, or a sales-related field
- Proven experience as a Business Development Manager or Relationship Manager
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- A customer-oriented attitude
- Problem-solving aptitude
- Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and problem-solving skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail with superb organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent report-writing and communication skills.
- Solid proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Reliability, honest and leadership skills
- Discretion and respect for confidential information
- Entry level qualification equivalent to Grade 12 / NQF4 qualification
- 2 – 3 years’ experience working in Business Development Management
- Excellent computer literacy and knowledge of MS Office – Excel, Word
- Previous experience on a CRM system (Placement Partner advantageous)
- Valid drivers' license.
- Clear criminal record.
