As the Divisional Manager: Human Capital, you will be responsible for strategically directing and supervising the attraction, retention, reward, and performance management of the organization's human capital. To qualify for this position, you should have a post-graduate qualification, a demonstrated high level proficiency in human capital matters, and 10-12 years of experience in a regulatory environment or in a Human Resource Management environment, including at least 5 years’ experience in senior management.

 

In this role, you will work closely with senior executives and business leaders to drive a culture of excellence in HR and talent management. You will be responsible for developing and implementing HR policies and procedures that align with the organization's overall strategy and objectives. You will also oversee the recruitment, selection, and retention of top talent, as well as manage employee performance, compensation, and benefits programs.

 

To succeed in this role, you must have excellent communication and leadership skills, a strong business acumen, and a deep understanding of human capital management best practices. You should also be highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
