An Azure Operations Lead is responsible for overseeing the management and maintenance of Azure cloud infrastructure and operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a team of cloud engineers, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance.
  • Cloud infrastructure management and oversee the deployment, management, and maintenance of Azure cloud resources.
  • Implement and monitor cloud performance metrics to ensure optimal system performance and reliability.
  • Work with other departments to ensure alignment and integration of cloud operations with overall mission objectives.
  • Oversee the implementation of technical changes to supported environments with an automation-forward mindset
  • Provide on-site and remote support for day-to-day Azure operations, assist with new and existing Azure projects, and conduct cross-training sessions for team members.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, cloud computing, or equivalent experience.
  • Hands-on experience managing Azure cloud infrastructure.
  • Azure certified
  • Minium of 5 years Technical Azure hands on experience
