Minimum of 3 years National Diploma or Degree in Human Resources.Experience
5-8 years’ experience in HR environment at senior management level, preferably in a manufacturing environment. Demonstrated ability to handle cases at CCMA / Dispute Resolution centre. Ability to analyse and decipher complex information. Presentation skills at senior management level. Proven track record of at least 5 years managing in a unionised environment. Experience in managing at strategic level is essential. Decision making on complex HR matters. Ability and experience to draft negotiated agreements between union and the Company.Required Personal Characteristics and Skills
Proven track record to display emotional intelligence. Be flexible and display ability to work well under pressure. Attention to detail is essential. Enthusiastic. Good and effective communication at all levels. Self starter. NB: As this role is based in a manufacturing plant, you are required to be at the
office for a minimum of four working days per week.
