As the Finnish Call Centre Agent in Johannesburg, South Africa, you will primarily be responsible for assisting all Finnish users/clients telephonically and providing support.

Your job duties as the Finnish Call Centre Agent in Johannesburg, South Africa will include:

  • Assists with overflow for English speaking customers (secondary language)
  • Responds to incoming customer queries via all contact mediums (call, live chat and e-mail)
  • Ensures that all communication (in Finnish and English) with our users/clients is of the required/expected quality
  • Ensures that all communication and volume received is dealt with and responded to in the required timeframe and manner
  • Assists internal stakeholders (when necessary) with Finnish translations and / or correspondence
  • Enhances and improves customer experience and relationships
  • Correctly records all communication with our users/clients


Requirements

Job Requirements:

  • 2 – 3 years customer care experience preferably from a high contact environment
  • Must be fluent in Finnish, both written and spoken, preferably as a first language
  • Above average English communication, both written and spoken
  • Must be able to communicate clearly and must have excellent telephonic and written communication ability
  • Intermediate computer literacy (specifically MS Office and internet applications)
  • Moderate typing skill/accuracy, in Primary Language (average 30 WPM with 90% accuracy)
  • Strong attention to detail and distinct ability to identify and solve problems
