Our client is looking for a Workshop Administrator with proven experience in a workshop environment and strong data capturing skills.
Responsibilities:- Oversee and manage administrative tasks within the workshop.
- Accurately capture and maintain data related to workshop operations, including job orders, inventory, and maintenance records.
- Process and track work orders, ensuring timely completion and proper documentation.
- Coordinate with technicians and other staff to schedule and prioritize work.
- Maintain and update workshop databases and management systems.
- Prepare and distribute reports on workshop activities and performance.
- Handle correspondence and communications related to workshop operations.
- Assist with inventory management, including ordering and tracking parts and supplies.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations.
- Provide administrative support to the workshop manager and other staff as needed.
- Proficiency in data capturing and management within a workshop environment.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using workshop management software and Microsoft Office.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a workshop administrative role or similar position.
- Proven experience in data capturing and management.
- Strong computer skills, including experience with workshop management systems and Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices for workshop administration.
- Ability to handle a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
- Matric or equivalent.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
