Responsibilities:
  • Drafting commercial contracts  (including sale agreements, shareholders' agreements and general commercial agreements)
  • Drafting authorising resolutions and legal options
  • General commercial work
Requirements:
  • More than 2 years relevant post articles experience 
    in commercial law
  • LLB Degree
  • LLM advantageous
  • Must be an admitted attorney
