Role Overview:

As an Operational Executive at Ticketpro, youll play a crucial role in overseeing and optimizing our operational processes to ensure efficiency, quality, and excellence. Youll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows, implement best practices, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. If youre a strategic thinker with a passion for operational excellence, we want you on our team

Key Responsibilities:

  •  Develop and execute operational strategies and initiatives that support the companys goals and objectives.
  •   Identify opportunities for process optimization, automation, and efficiency improvements.
  •   Streamline operational workflows and procedures to maximize productivity and minimize costs.
  •   Establish and enforce standardized processes and best practices across all operational functions.
  •   Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, customer support, and technology, to ensure alignment and coordination.
  •   Serve as a liaison between different departments to facilitate communication and resolve operational issues.
  •   Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track operational performance and identify areas for improvement.
  •   Generate regular reports and analysis to provide insights and recommendations to senior leadership.


Requirements
  •   Bachelors degree in business administration, operations management, or a related field.
  •   Proven experience in operational roles, with a focus on process optimization and continuous improvement.
  •   Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  •   Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
  •   Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
