Hire Resolve is currently working with a leading Electronics company based in KwaZulu-Natal and is seeking an experienced Operations & Warehouse Manager. As the Operations & Warehouse Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, as well as managing the overall operations of the company. This is a great opportunity for a highly motivated individual to join a dynamic team and contribute to the success of the company.


Responsibilities
  • Manage and supervise all warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and shipping of products
  • Develop and implement efficient warehouse processes and procedures
  • Ensure accurate inventory management and maintain optimal stock levels
  • Manage a team of warehouse staff, providing guidance and training as needed
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of products
  • Oversee the maintenance and proper functioning of warehouse equipment
  • Monitor and analyze warehouse performance metrics and implement improvement initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Manage relationships with suppliers and vendors

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven work experience in operations management, preferably in an e-commerce or retail environment.
  • Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory management, and order fulfillment processes.
  • Excellent leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Proficiency in using technology and software applications related to operations and logistics.
  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate and build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices in warehouse operations.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs in a fast-paced environment.
