Our client is seeking a qualified financial administrator that will manage company financial accounts, budgeting and finances of the organisation, ensuring that the financial health of the company is maintained and optimized. 

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports.

  • Maintain accurate books on accounts payable and receivable, payroll and daily financial entries and reconciliations.

  • Assist in the budget preparation and budget review process by collecting and analysing financial information.

  • Forecast costs and revenues and assist in managing budget control.

  • Ensure compliance with statutory law and financial regulations.

  • Process monthly payroll, ensuring timely and accurate payments.

  • Manage the company's cash flow forecasting by tracking transactions adn regularly reviewing internal reports.

  • Manage invoices and tax payments.

  • Develop and implement financial policies to guarantee operational efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or related field.

  • Proven 3 experience as a financial administrator, financial assistant or related field.

  • Proven experience with financial reporting requirements.

  • Knowledge of financial regulations and accounting processes.
