We are currently looking for Coldroom Dispatch Cler (Temp) to join our team at Bass Diii Berries, Worcester.


Key Performance Outputs

·        Ensure all raw materials are received and orders dispatched.

·        Take full responsibility of load plans, offloading, route planning as well as working closely with drivers

·        To work closely with the production manager and other departmental supervisors to ensure efficiency in production and logistics.

·        To take responsibility of the forklift and pallet jacks and ensure safe use and cleaning of these equipment.

·        Ensure that all employees use the company resources in an effective manner to ensure best operating costs.

·        Ensure Health and Safety rules and regulations are adhered to during loading and offloading trucks.

·        Ensuring all coordination and all containers are loaded accurately implementing the OTO principle



Requirements

·        National Senior Certificate/ Grade 12.

·        Knowledge of fruit quality standards and customer specifications.

·        Good understanding of safety procedures and policies.

·        Knowledge of the stock systems and quality control principles.

·        Good knowledge and understanding of packing machinery.

·        Good Excel skills.

·        Good communication skills.
