Job Description
We are currently looking for a Coldroom Administrator (Temp) to join our team at Hex Berries, Worcester

Key Performance Outputs
  • Check raw stock sheet on NetSuite with actual stock on hand and do/communicate necessary adjustments.
  • Responsible for packing instruction management and planning.
  • Fulfill work orders (Pallet registration).
  • Responsible for PPECB documentation and dispatch.
  • Responsible for raw fruit dispatch and field-packing dispatch.
  • Manage intercompany sales orders.
  • Do intercompany transfer orders for packaging.
  • Responsible for physical packaging along with Finance Officer. Work with FO regarding stock management (SmartCount).
  • Transfer fruit between farm locations (clear packing lines, move fruit between coldroom locations).
  • Receive lugs and pallets back (Responsible for SRAs)


RequirementsEducational / Technical 
  • Matric / Tertiary Qualification Advantageous
  • Excellent IT Skills
  • Able to do basic calculations, think on their feet and be a good communicator.
  • Previous experience monitoring stock (Fresh Produce)
  • Able to work under pressure
  • Good communication skills
