Description of the skill and experience required:

Leading a team responsible for the daily management of trading collateral. Developing and implementing an appropriate control framework to mitigate the risks associated with collateral management. Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements related to collateral Collaborating with other areas such as finance, risk and trading desks to enhance collateral operations, including the optimisation of collateral usage and costs. Overseeing the maintenance and development of systems and processes used for collateral management. Understand and assist finance with collateral valuation and cost allocation. Provide assurance that all applicable collateral processes align with legal documentation and credit mandates Ensure all new products and initiatives adhere to collateral best practice standards

Education, skills and knowledge required:

 BSc Mathematics, CA, BCom Investment Management/Economics or similar 10 years experience in derivatives or collateral operations/accounting / risk management Firm understanding of derivative valuations and trading collateral Strong numerical and mathematical skill set Advanced Excel Ability to apply analytical and strategic thinking to: Collateral lifecycleInstrument valuation, valuation parameters and inputsNew initiatives and regulations as it relates to trading collateral
