You will use our internal data resources to uncover valuable insights and support informed decision-making throughout the company. By combining your technical proficiency, you will help improve our understanding of the organization, optimizing operational data processes, and encouraging transparency and accountability. Your analytical recommendations will be crucial, and you will provide ongoing support to ensure accurate measurement and evaluation. Job Responsibilities

Identify opportunities where analysis can guide valuable results. Collect user requirements on important analytic/reporting needs from main team members. Query data from different internal and external databases using database languages such as SQL or U-SQL. Clean, interpret data using statistical techniques. Build models, conduct analysis, and perform transformations on internal data using tools like Excel (can perform complex functions) , SQL, and R. Test and quality assurance code to ensure analysis. Design user-friendly, clear, and impactful presentations of analytic findings. Improve and refine technical and business processes. Train team members throughout the organization to improve data fluency. Collaborate with the business to allow data-driven decision-making on important business questions.

Skills Required

Preferred additional skills include R, Python, DAX, and PowerBI or other data visualization tools (eg. Tableau) Excellent communication skills, discussing and describing data-related analysis, and ability to work across departments and geographies Experience and a high capacity in managing multiple problems and assignments at the same time and delivering high-quality outputs Proficiency in data mining and data modeling techniques. Knowledge of machine learning algorithms and their applications in data analysis.

Experience Required

2 years in data analytics roles, including strong experience doing analysis using excel and querying using SQL
