Hire Resolve is currently seeking an experienced and driven National Field Sales Manager to lead our client's sales team in the Food and Beverage Production industry. As the National Field Sales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the sales activities across multiple regions. Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement the national sales strategy to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth
  • Lead and manage a team of Field Sales Representatives, providing guidance, coaching, and support
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and stakeholders
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new opportunities
  • Analyze sales data and performance metrics to drive continuous improvement and achieve targets
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and operations, to ensure coordinated sales efforts
  • Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and reports for senior management

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Proven experience in a national or regional sales management role within the food and beverage production industry
  • Strong leadership skills with a track record of effectively managing and developing high-performing teams
  • Sound understanding of sales strategies, market dynamics, and customer trends within the industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key customers
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Ability to travel nationally as required
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite and CRM software
