Hire Resolve's Client, a leading company in the metering industry, is seeking a Client Service Administrator to join their team in the Western Cape.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing client accounts and maintaining client databases.
  • Providing timely responses to client inquiries and resolving any issues that arise.
  • Coordinating with internal teams to ensure client needs are met.
  • Preparing reports and documentation related to client accounts.
  • Scheduling and attending client meetings, both in person and virtually.
  • Assisting with client onboarding process and ensuring smooth transition.
  • Maintaining strong client relationships and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a client service or administrative role, in the metering industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and data entry software
  • Knowledge of utility billing processes and regulations
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
  • Fully Bilingual in English and Afrikaans
