Client Service Administrator

Hire Resolve's Client, a leading company in the metering industry, is seeking a Client Service Administrator to join their team in the Western Cape.
Responsibilities:
- Managing client accounts and maintaining client databases.
- Providing timely responses to client inquiries and resolving any issues that arise.
- Coordinating with internal teams to ensure client needs are met.
- Preparing reports and documentation related to client accounts.
- Scheduling and attending client meetings, both in person and virtually.
- Assisting with client onboarding process and ensuring smooth transition.
- Maintaining strong client relationships and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a client service or administrative role, in the metering industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and data entry software
- Knowledge of utility billing processes and regulations
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Fully Bilingual in English and Afrikaans
