Responsibilities
  • Identify and qualify potential leads through various lead generation tools and techniques.
  • Manage and update the CRM system to ensure accurate and up-to-date information on all leads and prospects.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for reaching sales targets and expanding the customer base.
  • Conduct outreach via email marketing campaigns to engage and nurture leads.
  • Track and analyze the effectiveness of lead generation efforts and provide regular reports to the sales management team.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate value propositions to potential leads.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team to align on campaigns and messaging.
  • Follow up on inbound leads generated from marketing campaigns and website inquiries.
  • Participate in sales meetings and provide insights and feedback on lead generation strategies.
  • Ensure seamless handoff of qualified leads to the sales team for further engagement and conversion.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in lead generation and sales development.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Over 5 years of experience in a sales development or lead generation role.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, particularly Salesforce and HubSpot.
  • Experience with various lead generation tools and email marketing software.
  • Strong analytical skills to track and measure the effectiveness of lead generation efforts.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Familiarity with the latest trends and best practices in sales development and lead generation.
