This is a full time role and you must be able to attend the office a minimum of 3 days a week.

Provide Broking Services. Attend strategy meetings and/or renewal meetings. Preparation / Finalisation of Broking documentation. Identification and selection of appropriate markets. Distribution of Broking Notes to the market. Negotiating with Markets for best deals. Implementation of placement strategy on high complexity accounts. Collation of market terms and quotes for submission to client services. Preparation / Finalisation of Placing Slips. Closings to markets / obtaining market confirmation of cover. Confirm final placement / changes and Endorsements. Work with the Operations team to issue accurate policy schedules. Preparation of other broking documentation as required.What you need to have:
Demonstrable experience in short term insurance and/or commercial and/or corporate insurance broking. FAIS and CPD compliant Knowledge of the principles of risk management Certificate in Insurance or commenced studying towards AIISA an advantage Insurer relationships an advantage Advanced knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook Conversant with insurance legislation Excellent communications skills - English and local language verbal and written.What makes you stand out?
