Our Tech and Transformation division are looking for a Senior Application Analyst to assist the planning application management, maintenance and enhancements for staffing and sales platforms across the group.

Every day you will…

Work with the wider team to enable them to help the Application Support Team, making and aiding the resolution of incidents in line with Service Level Guidelines. Providing assistance for major incidents, liaising with the teams as a subject matter expert. Work with the wider team to aid internal customers and partners, to translate user stories into technical outcomes, including development, testing and delivering changes in line with business requirements. Maintain application JIRA boards as work progresses, run the team daily stand up and support preparation for SCRUM ceremonies. Work with the Support team after they have identified areas of high-volume tickets to determine and fix the root cause. Contribute to the access control audit process, working with key business stakeholders to ensure that any new functionality, which may be sensitive is given due consideration. Support the preparation of test plans for new software releases, conduct E2E/Regression testing on new releases & functionality and update findings. Identify & share ideas for how the Applications or Support Service can be improved.
