A leading organisation is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee operations, property management, sites, maintenance, and overall inhouse operational performance in Rustenburg.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • 10 years’ relevant operations and maintenance experience
  • Proven experience in a Senior Operations Management role
  • Strong technical background and software skills
  • Key sense of Computer literacy and systems building
  • Experience managing sites, facilities, property, or maintenance operations
  • Strong leadership and people-management skills.
  • Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple operational priorities simultaneously
  • Strong understanding of operational processes, maintenance, and technical environments
  • Manage and supervise operational teams, property management functions, and multiple sites
  • Oversee day-to-day operations, maintenance, facilities and site requirements
  • Previous experience in property management a giant advantage
  • Develop, implement and maintain operational policies and procedures
  • Monitor operational performance, identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
  • Ensure sites and facilities operate efficiently, safely and in accordance with company standards
