We are looking for enthusiastic and ambitious Mechatronics Graduates to join our team. This role offers recent graduates the opportunity to apply their academic knowledge in a practical environment, gain hands-on industry experience, and develop technical and professional skills within a supportive setting. Key Responsibilities: Assist in the design, development, and implementation of mechatronic systems and solutions. Support the integration of mechanical, electrical, and software systems in product development. Participate in troubleshooting, testing, and maintenance of automated equipment and machinery. Contribute to process improvements, innovation, and optimization of production systems. Work with senior engineers and cross-functional teams on assigned projects. Prepare technical reports, documentation, and presentations as required. Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards at all times. Requirements: Recently completed a Bachelor’s Degree / National Diploma in Mechatronics Engineering or related field. Strong academic background with an eagerness to learn and grow professionally. Basic understanding of mechanical design, electronics, automation, and control systems. Knowledge of CAD software, PLC programming, or robotics will be advantageous. Good problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and attention to detail. Ability to work both independently and within a team environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
