Our Client in the Distribution Industry is seeking to employ a Sales Representative to their team based in Johannesburg South. Requirements: Advanced communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills. Good people skills. Strong relationship-building skills. Good problem-solving ability. Sober habits. Positive outlook and passion. Self-motivated. Entrepreneurial skills. Strong analytical skills. FMCG related. Possible tobacco or liquor FMCG background. Diploma or Degree is required. Very good health and no criminal record. Technical skills on an iPad and experience in Microsoft Office, Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint. Responsibilities, but not limited to: Call on total customer base (Retail Key Account Channel & Wholesale Channel) in the allocated area: Soweto, Alexandra, Johannesburg Central, Midvaal, Lenasia, Lyndhurst, and Vaal Triangle regions. Prospect for new business opportunities within the allocated territory. Extend the range of products in all stores. Introduce new products to existing and potential customers. Ensure consistent customer engagement and satisfaction. Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth. Monitor competitor activity and report on market trends. Provide feedback on customer needs and product performance. Utilize digital tools (e.g., iPad, Microsoft Office) for sales reporting and territory management. Maintain professionalism and uphold company standards during all client interactions. Remain based in Pretoria with no overnight travel required for the Gauteng region.
